CLASSIC CLAPTON the World's No1 Eric Clapton Tribute Band featuring front-man Mike Hall will be making a welcome return to The Sage Gateshead in December. This will be a special concert to celebrate the anniversary of their first ever gig which took place in Newcastle exactly 30 years ago to the day.
The band will be performing at The Sage Gateshead on Saturday 5 December. Doors open 7.30pm, band on stage 8pm. Tickets priced £15 seated, £12.50 standing are available from the box office, Tel: (0191) 443 4661 and also on-line at www.sagegateshead.com This will be their third appearance at The Sage Gateshead. Both of their previous appearances in 2008 & 2013 quickly sold out. Fans are therefore advised to book early!
They will perform all of EC's classic songs including Wonderful Tonight, Tears in Heaven, Crossroads, I Shot The Sheriff, Cocaine, Lay Down Sally and of course Layla! There will even be an “UNPLUGGED” segment.
