About CONJUNTO ROQUE MOREIRA

Traveling by the waves of the radio, the Conjunto Roque Moreira was born in 2001 under a mango tree in Teresina in the northeast of Brazil with a music proposal of join Brazilian rhythms as Baiao;o;o, Xote, Samba, Bumba Meu Boi and Carimbo; with Internationals rhythms as Rock, Reggae, Funk, Merengue among others, uniting cultures by its music respecting the relationship between nature and human beings.

Its songs are about identity as in the music Essa e Daqui, about life in the dry regions of Brazil in the music Magia Nordestina, about work in the field in the music Vendedor de Cajuína, about folk legends in Boi de Pancadaria, about policy in NONONO among others. All these songs are in its discography in the CDs Sintonia da Mata (2005) and LIVE in Teresina (2008).
