It's like a driving through the fields in the summer in your cabriolet enjoying the sun while the wind is rushing through your hair. The flowers on the fields shine in the sun and the birds are surrounding you. After that chilling noon the after party waits downtown carrying the sunny flair from the day compared with the freedom of the fields. Sunglasses hide the day before...

review of 'Your Eyes'
I nearly always like their stuff but I'm having a hard time with this one. I think it's due to the poor mix and recording problems...drums clipping, strange effects on the vocal, then that sort of dance breakdown section in the middle threw me out too...The keyboard riff is great and I like the vocal melody as well as the general feel of the song. There's that out of place dance section again....sorry to be harsh but you've done much better than this.

Definitely Alternative and definitely talented too!
The spot where you first hear piano you realize that this is not easy playing and right on the mark. The singing comes in and it is not generic in the least bit. You feel invested to listen to more. Copper Rose & Bone bring up the subject of the person you see when you look them in the eyes and how you can sense the history of that person especially if they are someone you care about and truly love. I feel that's something that most people forget or completely miss out on. Making mention of that I thought instantly about my personal family ancestors who struggled and suffered to continue on the family back when the North American continent was just getting started. It transcends religion, race and gender. Impressive. The synth keyboard coming in sounds different but it doesn't sound odd and out-of-place. Some really good vision to this song. Congrats to the whole band.
