Now, we are entering a season that for many of us is somewhat difficult. Watching the perfect Christmas holiday commercials isn’t making things better. Therefore, I want all of you to keep your head held high, because at the end of the day music matters! And you belong to our nation of loving music. Keep the spirit up and love yourself!

We have added a couple songs to the list;

- Will You Make It. I wrote this song to all people with an eating disorder, feeling so sad people are wasting time and opportunities that might come along. Please get help if you are one of them. Life is living not slowly starving to death. Food is more than just necessary to staying alive, food is one of the many joys we are to cherish and celebrate. I know the pressure the media and the public might put on you, but fuck it. Fuck them. Be someone who are able to stand against the peer pressure and have a nutritional meal – today. Even if I don`t know you, I know there is a reason for why this has happened to you and it takes time to become sickly thin like that. So please, take one step at a time and set a goal, and you will make it.

Cortado is an emotional journey with a collection of styles from various times. Their music has been defined as Cohabitation Rock. The vocalist Pernille is writing the songs with a personal sense to i Cortado is an exciting Rock/Pop band who writes real songs about life and friends. On one hand you find yourself drawn to the vulnerable lyrics, but then the kick ass guitar solo - snaps you out of it!
Diversity within is what the band is good at. It isn’t boring attending a two hour gig, even if they play all original stuff.
Cortado throw themselves at any gig and they have played all over the world. They started off at The Lo Max, Liverpool (UK), then they played all over LA (USA) at The Rainbow Bar and Grill, Unurban Cafe, Kulaks Woodshed, The Kibitz Room and at the Malibu Unplugged. People loved the originality of their material.
Lately they have performed in Norway at The Magneten, Internasjonalen, Cafe Mir, Nichol & Son, Drammen Teater, at the Asker Festival, Lakketorget, Musikkflekken in Sandvika, Drammen Festivalen “Blaa Aften” and Emil & Samuel.
