Very well composed and arranged song. I like the concept of the song although I feel like the mix lacks. When the bass guitar kicks in it seems to swallow the rest of the song components. The percussion is just a bit overwhelming for my taste or perhaps it just needed to be toned down in the mix. The vocals are great in this piece of music composition and musically is my favorite part of the song. There is a great message you are trying to get across to your listeners lyrically and vocally and that should be brought out to the front more. Overall this a very good song and I'm all in for originality.

Its hard to always know an artists intentions in their choice of mix in their recordings. When I first began listening, I was prone to the opinion that the balances in the mix were off. As I listened, I found the "mix" was very alluring and appropriated the the message of the song and I was surprised with interest in the various arising of various percussion, instruments and vocals. I give the song a 10 the lyrics a 10 The obvious talent of the artist a 10 I give the overall quality of production a 7, and only in that I believe that most listeners would prefer a more crisp and clear (perhaps EQ) sound in the final mix. Cozmicsoulfire has sent me a request for review their creation "This is Life (final cd version)" Sometimes, I will find out later that the artist never sent a request to be reviewed and that Number One Music sent out an algorithm. that being written, I normally go through a lot of songs before I find a tune worthwhile of a review butt, today was the exception. "This is Life" gives you that kinda, sorta sad feeling right off the bat. Like a teenage themed movie intro song when the hottie is walking out the door with her acoustic, all she owns packed in one bag and "This is Life" is playing in the background as she's driving away. You question how will it all end, which direction is it heading?

I was initially puzzled by this track as on first listen I thought it was ... well, an uncoordinated mess. However, after a couple of listens, I soon realised that this track has an excellent vocal and that there is indeed an order or more specifically, multiple layers to the song. A surprisingly memorable experience and it left me wanting more which is what makes good music great.

Cozmic Soulfire is definitely on fire in this phabulous phantasmagorical dreamscape of a song. While the drum samplings and death rattling are a bit muddy, the soul shines through in this heartfelt ballad. There is a pure expression of joy here that makes music the soul-uplifting force it is, and this is effusively communicated in 'This is Life.' Keep up the production and energy.

A very unique voice and way to try to balance the acoustic aspect of the guitar and voice with more electronic types of sounds. A very good voice. Interesting, the choice of how this composure works together. Not sure if a producer was used, but maybe that could be a benefit to further enhance the experience.

Congratulations, what I heard, is really a great artist and a great song. Best artist, good lyrics, good music, excellent arrangements and sounds, excellent performance and performance. this song is a strictly Rock piece in the highest sense of the word. everything sounds in Rock style as I said everything recalls the Rock genre maybe the voice is too low. personally it is not my favorite genre but I can give you a musical judgment that is certainly positive because all that there must be in a Rock piece in your piece is therefore complimented and continues. good job

Upon my very first listen to the fabulous "This is Life" by Cozmicsoulfire, I found myself immediately reminded of some of the exceptional bands from the 1970's and 80's. Not to imply that Cozmicsoulfire's music is entirely derivative, in fact - the songcraft and performances are long on originality - the production and arrangement is also worthy of note. Looking forward to hearing more from Cozmicsoulfire!

love this song - it is not your regular commercial crap song made from record company's - it's a raw original song that deserves to be talked about - I wish you the best - keep putting out songs like this - awesome song!

I Like a Lot Your voice..a song a little less but all production gave me a good happy feeling and energy..In my head I see You on The Stage with a lot of energy..is just my opinion that You should send it to Radio Stations to be played it is right on the middle for Young and old to listen and this is great to bring every one together..I like to hear what the people from Music Industry will say I do hope They will agree with Me...good job.. and I wish You all the best..

really cool song (start as a pop song than unexpectatly change in something....really interesting. percussions comes and go, the lirycs sometimes change from the obvious rithmical scheme (tipical of all songs) and became longer and unceasing...maybe fade away a little bit too fast (considered how much time it takes to grow) but I really love this song, the structure, the sounds...the ...unexpected!

I like the lyrics here but I found the mash of instruments took something away from the song. Everything sounds flat and by that I don't mean out of tune. Perhaps introducing some of the instruments at different times would open up the song. I guess my best observation would be less is more. Great music is a result of the holes you leave and not the ones you strain to fill. I see you mixed this yourself and no offence but let someone else give it a try. You nmay be too close to the song yourself and have lost your objectivity

Really nice sparkling guitar sounds are starting that song, later enriched with some keyboard spheres and a voice telling what's going on in the life of a girl... lots to say, less to play. I like the music, but I miss some more instrumental and percussive parts with real drums to let it breathe a little more between the singing. Production is real nice and works for me. Adding strings would be awesome!
