Though I am not much into this style of music, I like the flow of the song, the mixing and blend of vocals with percussion and music pieces are good, and keeps the listener in a nice rocky mood.Overall, a good song to enjoy with!!

Rich and Infectious
Gorgeous is exactly that. Right from the start it grabs you with an upbeat rhythm and rich vocal. The chorus is infectious with warm keyboard sounds. All in all this is great, contemporary Hip Hop.

B.B.C. aka Bajan Braided Chapplle asks "what category does this belong"..considering that it is such a fusion on sounds..Neo Soul would come to mind. But hey, why worry about a category..be what you are...FRESH! "Gorgeous" is an interesting excursion into new territory. There are many influences obviously at play here. But what comes out of those influences is something quite unique...It is an easy sound to enjoy..not driving you insane or lulling you to sleep. Instead it somewhat draws you in and sweeps you along. So hey...Ditch The Nitch...Don't Worry...Be What You Are...FRESH!!

Hoppin'
For it's genre, I'm sure this sounds as good as anything I've heard, although it feels like some of the vocals are buried. I'm probably not the best person to review this since my thing is not Hip Hop or Rap. The genre, itself, feels sterile, musically--repetitious chord progressions, automated drums that sound like machines instead of real drums--no sense of drama or contrast in many cases. I realize that there are many people who look for this, but it doesn't work for me. I also feel like some of the rough language is gratuitous--a product of a different culture. I've used foul language in some of my own work, but it served the song with a different intent of emphasis. The artist probably wouldn't like what I do, myself. Anyway, best of luck with it!

Nice Theme
It´s a nice theme, but it didn´t rock my world. The rapping is alright but the background music is plain and lacks hooks. It´s justa a four chord song in repeat and ends up clowding the massage of the song. Even so, as i said in the beggining, it's not bad, just needs a little more focus and work to get it to the next level

ok...lets start from the beginning. Not sure if it was the song or the site but I didnt get an intro. The track kinda just started. It helps to introduce the song. The chorus refrain is catchy. the groove and bass line is cool. Then it goes to a verse I think and the vox changes. I would like to have heard a difference there musically. Perhaps change up the chord progressions. It gets a bit monotonous to just repeat the same chords over and over in the chorus and the verses. The vox in the chorus is way down in the mix compared to the vox in the verses. Perhaps go back and review that as well. The EQ on the vox in the verses seems a bit harsh. It felt as if there was some distortion or perhaps that was your intention. The overall mix was fine for me other than what I mentioned. Again maybe a bridge or a second part to break up the repetition might move it in another direction. Writing is difficult. Keep at it. That's the way you learn. I hope this is of some help to you. Good or bad?
What genre is that? Well, after all, is it so important to put a label on a band, a singer and his/her tune? Definitely no, it isn't. Duke Ellington said there's only two kinds of music : good and bad. Da BBC's tune is just nice vocals on a cool backing, with synth sounding like a Caribbean organ mixed with steel drums giving it some kind of original touch, Jamaica meeting Trinidad in New York. Add handclaps on a mid tempo groove and you have that repetitive gimmick nicely swinging. What genre? Just good music. Anybody gonna ask for more?

Not hard to figure out the Genre this goes in. It's Rap, R&B, Hip Hop with a groove track underneath. Not my genre, I'm a Retro British American Pop producer. The mix need quite a bit of work and more variety in the backing track would help. Keep having fun!

This title sounds somewhere like between dance music, because of the kickdrum, R'n'B, because of the arragement, and hip hop because of the voice. The sound is quiet with magic colors ... Enjoy it !!!
