Hi there! So the big day has come. Release day! The strangest little band in town, PyraKite is about to release the debut album '7 Steps'. What a journey this has been! Three singles have been release prior to this date with three strange music videos accompanying them. To this date our singles have reached close to 40 000 listenings on Spotify. Amazing! More than we ever could have hoped for. I, Henning, would personally like to thank all of those who contributed to this lovely piece of art. First of all: A big thank you goes out to Robert Säll, Henrik Ståhlberg and Christopher Anderzon for contributing with their talents to enrich and arrange the songs with their knowing and for being curious enough to get into the music and understanding exactly what it was all about. And for putting up with my eccentric ideas and crazy view of life. Love you! I would also like to give a big thank you to my lovely family for putting up with me during times of intensity while making this dream come true. Love you too much! So what's the fuzz all about then? We'll PyraKite's '7 Steps' may be best described as 'indescribable', 'dreamy', 'mystic' classic rock/pop, musically leaning towards a passed time of the Beatles, Pink Floyd, Steely Dan, Prefab Sprout or Paul Simon. Who knows what or who else. Many of you out there has described it in so many different ways. It's 'music with a unique uplifting sound' someone said, someone else referred to it sounding 'Like a painting'. Maybe just like the one covering the album, who knows? It's a concept album, which means that it's best experienced from start 'til end. The story of 7 steps (with it's 7 tracks) has got just as many layers to it as you wish. Hopefully the journey is both mine and yours. I've already gotten some questions about it but I'll leave that up to you to decipher. :) I would like to thank all the additional musicians who contributed on this album as well.
