Riding with the Wind

I really enjoy your music, it makes me feel like I'm riding on a horse. The rythm is very good and the sequence of instruments is harmonious! Maybe you could make it last longer, with more variations ? :) Thank you !

Dalton Mullins Running with the Wind

Dalton Mullin's instrumental song, Running with the Wind certainly captures the title of this song through his expertise at playing acoustic guitar. From the beginning though to the end you can close your eyes and imagine all types of situations that would reflect one's sense of being chased, or late, at any rate, in a hurry to get someplace! While the idea that the music invokes in me this sense of running, it's musicality is also catchy. You can feel the beat. Might be a good song to exercise to, or use as part of your set list as your running or walking. It could help you set a good pace. I recommend adding this song to your playlist!

Running with the wind Dalton Mullins

This is a very nice instrumental guitar piece by Dalton and has a Celtic feel to it I. It makes a refreshing change from his excellent electric rock guitar style of playing which first attracted me to his page as I also like to hear good rock music, and is so different from my style of folky-based songwriting..

Great production and musicianship

First, I salute anyone brave enough to put their music out for review - EVERYONE is a critic! That being said, I was very impressed with your song Running with the Wind - both with the quality of your production and your musicianship. You clearly have command of your instrument! I must admit I am a bit jealous of your guitar tone - VERY clean! The song has a great groove and organic sound. Keep on rocking my friend - well done!

Acoustic in motion

An instrumental with real momentum. Lifting you up on a rising breeze of well-plucked, deftly funky acoustic guitar. Subtle pieces of global fusion percussion weave in and out to keep the mood flying. Perfect complement to the overhead shot of an open-top car gliding along a country road. All in all, quite a ride.

bel tiro

Almost Perfect

I absolutely love this. Every element is perfect: crisp, clean acoustic guitars, rhythmic drums, and just about the right structute (variation and contours). I especially liked the minimalist part about three-quarters of the way through where it all but stops. Hiwever, it's more what's NOT in it that makes me think that this track is "almost" perfect. Obviously, this is my own personal preference, but I'd have loved an emotional, Chris Stapleton type vocal and even - why not, since we're dreaming here - a Billy Gibbons-esque slide/bluesy guitar solo. Hmm, yeah, that would make it about 4 minutes of pure joy, and every bar in the country/world would be dancing their boots off. But I still love it nonetheless. Great job, Dalton. I reckon I'll check out some more of your tunes...

Impressive music in style and sound

Hey - that´s really a very special acoustic-guitar instrumental in open tuning. Smooth back-spinning chord intro and virtuous played finger picking. The backing is forced by one more acoustical guitar, playing melodical perfect chords and brilliant flagolett arpeggios. Imaginative transitions making the song lively and creative. Engaging percussion making the music complete. This recording sounds definitely professional. The guitars are extremely good played and stand out. Awesome arranged and mixed unplugged instruments in perfect orchestration. The song must be a radio hit and I´m sure, you will like to add him. Let others know your recommendation.

Oh boy, do I have a song for you!

Oh boy, do I have a song for you! If you're looking for something that'll get you grooving, then look no further than this tune. This song is like a warm hug on a rainy day, it just makes you feel good inside. The melodies are absolutely delightful, and the way they all come together just leaves you wanting more. You can tell that the artist put a lot of effort into making sure that everything sounded perfect, and it really paid off. The sound is fantastic too! It's like you're listening to this song in a dream. Everything is just so clear and crisp, it's like you can hear every single note. And the way the artist plays with different sounds and instruments is just so clever. Honestly, I can't help but smile whenever I hear this song. It's got this light-hearted, carefree vibe that just makes you want to dance. And let's be real, we could all use a little more dancing in our lives. Overall, I would highly recommend giving this song a listen. It's the perfect pick-me-up for those days when you're feeling a little down. The melodies are infectious, the sound is fantastic, and it's just an all-around great time. So turn it up and get ready to dance! Thanks and God bless you all!

Nice beat!

Hi Dalton! Thank you for asking me to review your song! I love your title, and the production is very tight . You can feel the movement in the song! Great instruments all around! You could use this for documentaries, or maybe the start of a movie or film! I almost expected someone to start singing, but the sound is very good as well on it's own! It seems like a little ditty as it runs shorter than a usual song, but for sure you could promote this and it could be handy for many differing projects! Nicely done! Rachel !

Running With The Wind

Hey Dalton, Your composition has a unique sound and style. This track would be a great sound track to a movie. Very intricately weaving the sound of each instrument you have produced a beautiful piece of music that is fast paced and upbeat. I enjoyed it very much. The sound lifted my Spirit too which is what all great music I believe in my opinion ought to do. Great production and recording is first class. I enjoyed the accomplished instrumentals of the beat box percussion along with the other instruments. Your music reminds me of a superb session at the String Festival. Please list the other instruments in this track. I hope it gets lots of exposure.
