I've written two musicals "Toby the Incredible Learned Pig" and "Pearl and the Pumpkin" which were both produced in New York City. "Toby" was a finalist in The Wonderland One Act Festival on 42nd St. at Theater Works. Also have a number of other songs some of which like "Dancing in the Stars" have English and French lyrics.

Daniel Freedman is a composer and musician. He has written two musicals: "Pearl and the Pumpkin" and "Toby the Incredible Learned Pig". Pearl and the Pumpkin was performed by Colorado Dramatists at Red Rocks Theater in Colorado. It is based on the writings of L. Frank Baum and (expired link). Denslow who wrote and illustrated "The Wonderful Wizard of Oz". I used some of Baum's song lyrics because they were so good and all my own music.
"Toby the Incredible Learned Pig" is based on the true life adventures of a Learned Pig who performed in England and elsewhere during the 1800's. It was a finalist in the Wonderland One Act Festival at Theater Row Studios on 42nd Street in NYC. It became the basis for Russell Potter's book "Pyg".
I have also written songs in English and French as well as some Country songs.
