So many thanks to everyone out there supporting my music! On Saturday, the Southwest Independent Music Awards gave me Best Rock Song of the Year for Small Dark Bar and Album of the Year for The Official Record! I am blown away. You all ROCK!

Hello everybody! Thanks for making my song Small Dark Bar a national top ten song. I'm thrilled that you all like it! I'm releasing a follow up that is considerably more mellow called House By the Tracks. It was inspired when I was driving through Laveta Pass in Colorado and a coal train sounded its whistle as it was passing by a house, well, by the tracks. I imagined the engineer was driving the train and was letting his wife in the house know that everything was alright. A year or so after writing the song, I stopped by the house and found this not to be the case at all, but hey...that's songwriting for you. I hope you like it, too.
