Hi everyone!! Firstly let me apologise for the lack of updates lately. There have been a lot of struggles not related to my music to try and get over and move past which have taken a lot of my time. Still working through some things, but they're getting better! Thank you all for your wonderful support! I now have 409 subscribers to this newsletter which is absolutely unbelievable! You guys absolutely rock! I've attached my latest track to this newsletter, called Heal. The title of the track does relate to the opening of this newsletter and things that are going on in my life. It's very different to anything else I've written before. It isn't extremely heavy, fast or anything like that, so I understand there may be some of you who might not like it, but, it's a track that means a great deal to me as it signified a moving on stage to hopefully better, more positive things! It's a very big sounding track. Think Coheed And Cambria sort of style when you listen to the track, I wanted that big sound, which is why I've opened the sound of the drums, to get a lot of reverb on them. I've got 4 rhythm guitar tracks, 2 for the left side of the mix, 2 for the right side of the mix which helps give it a much bigger sound, and powerful. It closes with some string sections playing along with the riff I've written, creating quite an epic sound at the end of the track. It was a fun track to write and record. The whole thing took about 2 hours to write and record. So please have a listen, do feel free to leave a comment or send me a message about what you like about it, also tell me what you don't like about it because your opinions are important to me, especially with the support you have all given me so far! I am going to try and turn this into a weekly mailing list where I post information out to you guys on a weekly basis.
