First introduced to the DMV at the 2009 Capital Jazz Festival Saxophonist Deon Yates has continued to make strides in his musical career. After being signed to Woodward Avenue Records Deon debuted his latest project "School of Funk" as a featured artist on the coveted Capital Jazz 10th Anniversary Super Cruise in 2016. Deon returns to the DMV area to share his brand of Funk from the Motor City. He will be accompanied by, YXplainit, some of the finest musicians in the DMV. Be sure to get your tickets early.
