- Drum & Bass DJ for over 12 years. Resistance Fammo member.
- Heavily responsible for return of the legendary Jungle brand "Telepathy"
- Promoter for "Sticky the rave / Girls don't pay" for 6 years

For over 10 years now Fatality has been a regular performer on some of the biggest line ups in Drum & Bass, raves such as Breakin Science, Sticky, Telepathy, Jungle Mania, Epidemik, Back 2 95, Moondance, Raindance, Son Of Dance, Definition, Sundance Festival, High Definition Festival, Product Earth Festival, Breakology, Faster and loads more.

Fatality has performed at many well known clubs particularly in London in places such as, SE-One, The End, Scala, The Lightbox, Area, GSS Warehouse, O2 Greenwich, Fire & Lightbox & Herbal to name a few. He has also DJ'd in many of the big and small Cities up and down the country from, south; Exeter to Portsmouth right across to Margate, mainland London to Luton, Norwich & Birmingham. West; from Cardiff to Sheffield. He has also played overseas: Cyprus, Spain, Czech Republic, Holland, Austria & Switzerland.

He has held down a weekly radio show for over 10 years DJ'ing on a host of FM & internet radio stations. Stations such as: Freeze 92.7 FM, Ice-Cold 88.6 FM, Flare 89.6 FM, Lush 107.4 FM, (expired link), (expired link), (expired link), (expired link) & (expired link), Earth Dance Radio.

In the past 10 years a lot of his time was spent working as a freelance graphic design and promoting Drum & Bass rave events.
A refined sense of direction now sees Fatality investing all his time and energy in his studio Producing music. (Drum & Bass, Neurofunk & Techstep, Hip-Hop, Trap, Jungle, Dancehall & Grime)
