Altered States of Consciousness Original Instrumental
Song Reviews
Vibrant
I like the beginning, it sounds euphoric. The sound moves my body to jump and to dance. I see this song like the soundtrack of a thriller or a suspense movie. At the middle of hthe song, the sounds change, it wants to be mysterious. I like it. then, it becomes at the beginning and the song walks between the dance floor. Finally, the song ends in a great delay. Good job

Wait for it...
A couple of the instruments at the very beginning sound like they're just a count early coming in (the kick drum in particular), but the composition through the rest of the song is really nice. Would have put a touch of filter/phase on the snare builds, but that's just me. Good choice of instruments; they blend really nicely through the song... I wouldn't call this an "anthem" per se, but it's definitely got a very distinct psytrance feel to it; almost Cosmic Gate meets (early) Infected Mushroom.

Very good!
Trance I like being interested in music. You ought to develop a little more. You may be one of the best producers. Good work. Trance music continued...

Altered States of Consciousness - Great Trance Track
DJ Michael Angello has put together another gem of a wonderful Trance track that will surely please the diehard Trance fans. Track starts out with really great energy and then provides a nice break in the middle that brings back the essence of a good old fashioned Trance track. Great use of leads, pads and bass lines. Trance is not dead after listening to this great piece of work. Dave Howe - DJ/Producer

THROWBACK
yeah, this is a good throwback type of song. Psychotrance is the shit. My only suggestion would be to use a little more Sidechaining on the pads/arps with the kick. The sound is really old school, so maybe you could change up the rhythm for future peices a little and give it some more dynamic. Cool stuff though, keep it up:)

ASOC by DJ Michael Angello Reviewed by Latay
The only way I can really give this review so it makes sense is to be a little dirty about it. DJ Michael Angello has good technique, but he makes you wait for it. First you wait about 56 seconds. Not until about 3:05 does anything major happen. Also while he is getting to the climax of the song you feel it will be a multiple event. But he holds out on you. I've heard about five of his songs so I know he is capable of much more.
