Intro sounds Stormy and there is an air of anticipation ... the lead line is subtle but noticeable ... the snare is clappy and clear ... breakdown is nice and melodious ... love the synth sounds you have used ... beyond the gates as a title ... is reminiscent of my days playing warcraft and fighting with Illidan ... sounds like a labour of love ... I would have likes to hear more movement in the piece .... I understand its a dance track ... but some more use of dynamics would have really added to the journey of the piece ... anyways good go mate ! Jarryd

I know I haven't been here in a while so I expected the same thing. In general I gotta say you pull it out before I reach ecstasy. But I listened to other music and I came back with a new position. I thought Beyond the Gates was to cheecky, not rough enough. But in a different state of mind it was just what I needed. I think you have been doing this for so long that your edges are too clean. I know I've told you this before. I like when you send me music from before. You know you're a pro, so if you were to get in my face and take me to another place it would not be a mistake.But for now I guess I have to settle for what you give me. It's still better than what most can deliver. Latay

Fluent melody in Uplifting Trance style indeed. The main problem i got with this track is simply that it is really tooprogressive, as the lead part comes only at the very end, and the arpeggios are really similar from the beginning to the end. It would be a nice idea to give to this melody some extra surprising features, so that it will be a very pleasant one. For the moment now, it's just not bad.

It is a very nice piece, with 90s atmospheres and great arpeggios. also the parts of apsso are spectacular, as the pads do their part as well. reminded me of the pet shop boys .. I hope you like them

A four on four, arpeggio initiates this track. It has very 90's feeling and that musical motif is continued throughout the entire arrangement of the composition. The song builds nicely and really hits its stride at the half way point. Additional musical elements are added to the soundscape as the song drives toward its conclusion. The synth pads at the end are very well arranged and I would I to have heard them as a breakdown at the 2/3s point that would add to can even bigger build at the end. The mix is fine with the only negative being that the intro sounded slightly muddy with some frequency overlap.
