Dmytro Morykit
Classically trained, Dmytro is a composer and performer of his own original music. He has worked with Choreographers, Poets, Film Makers and Dramatists. Asked to compose a new score for Fritz Lang's Metropolis, in 2015, he created a spectacular 28 piece score, which he has toured worldwide. Metropolis is one of the most influential films ever made: from Blade Runner to Star Wars, it encompasses many genres with stunning cinematic visuals and is consistently voted amongst the top films of all time.
Composer/Pianist, Dmytro Morykit, combined work composed over a 30 year period with several pieces written especially for the film to create an incredible new piano concert which complements the film, bringing it to a modern audience.
