New Dr. Baz Music uploaded to N1M to share with my friends!
Hi friends!
Wow, these are challenging times and so much has changed for us all. I hope the pandemic has not affected any of you personally in too drastic a fashion and you and your loved ones are safe.
For myself the biggest change is that few venues are able to offer live music yet, so my live music performances have ground to a virtual halt over the past few months. Like most of people I have found positive ways to face the challenges of the "new world" and I wanted to share with you the music I have created in my home studio over this period. and have now uploaded to the N1M website, where we first connected.
There are a number of new songs and in my usual fashion they fall into a diverse range of genres. Here's an example
Miracles Can Happen:
"I was walking up to the Byron Bay Lighthouse lookout at sundown. It was eerie and deserted, with the sea wind blowing in my face when I saw a pair of red evening shoes abandoned on a rocky ledge near the cliff edge. This mystery inspired a story and a song". A dark ballad featuring piano and vocals with cello.
I've also added a bunch of new instrumental tracks - some are bright renditions of some latin jazz classics and there is also "Gremlin's Last Fling" - the first of a whole new album of classical guitar pieces in a relaxing ambient style that I will continue to upload over the next few weeks.
You can buy any tracks that you enjoy on all the major platforms such as Spotify and iTunes, and I'd be most appreciative if you could show some support by throwing a dollar or two "into the hat" - virtual busking! Up until now I have given the tracks you have heard away for free listening, but now that it's all "virtual" for musicians, I am finally giving into the streaming world.
I really hope all is going well for each and every one of you, as best it can under these trying circumstances.
