Great song!
Really great song! "Being Here" is an all-around good tune. While I can hear quite a few possible influences, this song avoids sounding derivative or unoriginal. The production is really, really good. All of the instruments and the vocals are mixed just right, and are all clear and well-balanced. The playing itself is top-notch, and it sounds obvious that you guys are seasoned musicians who have been doing this for a long time! Keep up the great work, and I wish you guys the best! Check out my songs if you get the chance, please. Thank you!

Being here
loved it right out of the gate...pro recording quality and tight musical arrangment and with a band of seasoned player...very very catchy yet a much slower tempo ..has the killer 70's vibe and like a Enuff Z'Nuff from the 80's trippyness but leaning towards Beatles...all good things. Better then most everything I hear on commercial radio...what ever that is. so so enjoyed this song..no shit. All the Alternative Rock Series worth a listen..Salt, A Good Friend and The Killer you Cant See, all steller ..hell there all good...it feels like a lot of different stuff..and still something all your own. congrates

Being Here is a wonderful ballad. they provoke an activation of the imagination in the listener (at least to me). your pieces help the brain to relax and to move towards green hills and valleys full of fruit trees and streams. I had a pleasant feeling listening to your piece and I will follow you in all your compositions because you deserve it. a big greeting from Italy and continues like this

Great recording
You did a phenomenal, fantastic, extravagant job on this piece of music. Your song is a piece of art and I am confident that if you continue this type of work with the right amount of passion then you will go far in this business. If you don't mind my saying, I think you should reach out to some graphic designers, photographers, producers, editors, collaborators, labels and anything and everything else that has to do with the business because you have the talent to go far. You just need to get in touch with the right people.

Dog Society is real
Wow !! Boy! What a cool music!! Good music and good energy !! I loved the consistent musical drums .. The well balanced contrabass .. The very good and tuned vocal .. I also liked the guitar timbre, riffs and psychedelic solo !! .. Great backing vocals !! Another aspect that I can not fail to mention is the content of the lyrics! On top of all that, the song is well recorded and well remastered. I will recommend to all my contacts to know your music !! Please stay inspired and make good music .. And .. If you can listen to my songs too! Music is the salvation of the world !!

Dog Society-Being Here Review-by Robert Meloccaro
Great Song! Reminds me of STP I would assume to be clearly one of the influences. While that may be something you may not want to hear, I must say you guy's found the best of what I considered to be the outstanding elements in STP that set them apart from a million other alternative bands so that's meant as a compliment. Now for the nuts and bolts of the song. Good songwriting places much importance on using space in a way that emphasizes a point of focus and the surrounding structure supports that focal point. Most commonly it's melody supported by harmony and your song is careful not to clutter the focal point with too many competing ideas instead of supportive roles where needed so ego spoils the whole Serve the song, not personalities. Your band Dog Society from a musical standpoint is pro-level as I've seen in this genre and could possibly cross over to a wide appeal with the beatlesque melodic motifs & form. Your ability to find cool deceptive resolutions that create hip new twists on classic licks and phrases is appealing. I hear good harmonies with good voice leading skills moving in both parallel & oblique motion along with in tune voices Lyrics seem to have some depth which will be a determining factor in repeated listenings. Rhythms are fluid and overall musicianship is high-end and having paid attention to the details and recording quality all made this review a pleasure to do, Keep up the good work those in the know see it. - Rob

nice guitare job
good sound, very professional recording and mixing yet i don't get the psychedelic rock, it's just boring and repetitive not psychedelic, sorry.... the vocal part is honest but not a performer voice and far from being creative. the guitars mixing is where the title shine the most.

catchy melody!
Very nice catchy melody! The mix is well done, and it is pleasant to hear the singer. Really like the backing vocals, perfect match to the lead vocals. Hope to have more material from you soon!

Back to the grunge!
This brings me right back to 1998. I really like your sound. It’s a reinvention of an era lost. This song evokes great emotions. Keep up the good work guys :) we need to bring rock back before it’s lost forever.

Precious rock music!
The song sounds like alternative rock, but the composition is more various. Some chords on acoustic guitar make the intro and then great played rock-guitars take over. The song is a mixture of melodic rock influenced with psychodelic elements at his best. Really fat e-guitar sound enhances the chorus and the drummer forcing the music constantly on a higher level. This extra factor brings increasing power into the music. The unique vocals of the singer brings increasing feeling into the song. The lyrics coming from the heart and touches the soul. The refrain make the meaning of the song engaging for me. The band consists a virtuos cast of musicians, who understand what good music is about. Brilliant adapted instruments sounding fantastic arranged in this perfect mixed and mastered production. The song is definitely professional and very creative, influenced by Pink Floyd, Velvet Underground, Sonic Youth and Radiohead in perfect orchestration. This song must be a radio hit!
