The sun comes up, the sun goes down in-between the world goes around forever spinning a planet that’s living we pollute and plunder Gaia just keeps giving The moon comes up shiny and round There's a howling wind such an empty sound nothing left on our planet to see a wasteland (caused)by insensitivity laid waste by humanity (while) the surge of plastic on the shore ripples on into eternity Many sun's rise up, many sun's go down the ice shelf melts and islands drown the barren wilderness makes not a sound now there's aught (left) to go around without exercising restraint we risk the planets health we need to stop polluting(taking) For our children's children Let our world heal itself. © dokus 2021
