Wassup world! It's your big homie Don Borgia. It's been forever and a day, I know. I've been going through a ton of changes man, life's is like a jungle and I have been nothing more than a beast trying to survive. New updates though. Not sure if everyone knows or have read or heard somewhere but I was recently diagnosed with Cancer back in August of 2015. The good news is I am in remission as of August 2016 with the assistance of God, whom I thank for everything good and bad. The amazing staff and urgency of the (June E Nylen) Cancer center here locally in Sioux city IA, and can't the wonderful staff at the Mayo clinic in Rochester Mn. I had been working on quite a few things before I fell ill, An album, Started going through classes for film production just to name a few and they had to be put on hold in order to give 100% attention to the fight for my life. Never fear during the year of 2016 I put out quite a bit of music, from singles to albums non-stop. But I waited and waited to make sure I wanted to come back to music as I got a older, things started slowing down at home
for me and the family and I just wasn't sure if I had the ability to come back, be current, and most important enjoyed making music. I recorded and recorded and slowly got things in order and knew this was what I needed to do before I just walked away, I love music! I owe it to myself and my listeners to lay it all on the line at least once more, FOR DON BORGIA at least. so instead of dropping an album I decided to label this a mix-tape and let it go. Out here for bagz, 11 tracks plus an intro. No features done up with quite a few different producers and to give a lot of angles and styles to show versatility as well adapt to my bodies changes. I lost a lot of air by which I mean, those verses where I could go 16, 24, 36 or even 48 without a breath had to be changed due to health issue. Trust me if you didn't know you aren't missing out on anything. Catchy choruses, witty verses,

Whats going on world? Yup I am just letting everyone know that my website is up and running

I have also released a mix-tape titled "I stay on my grind" you can download a copy @ (expired link) or through my website here (expired link). As well i'vereleased a new single out titled "Get it till the world blow" that's available throughout all digital media outlets including Google music, Itunes, Amazon and many more. This month I plan on releasing a lot of music so stay tuned as there is plenty much more to come.

With the year kicking off to a fast and frenzied pace sometimes its nice to stop get a breathe of fresh air and smell the roses, ya know. I have been working quite diligently on several projects, closing deals with a few digital distribution partners, as well as connecting and networking with new producers, artists and finding new campaign avenues. The most important thing I have been working on as well is the quality of my life, as I am still fighting multiple myeloma the (bone cancer) I was diagnosed with late last summer. I didn’t let it get me down and simply give up on life I buckled down and focused on the things that were important to me and quickly learned to only try and control the things I could control and not worry about outside things that were less relevant to me and my family. Well I now am beginning my 2016 music campaign and will be releasing several singles in the upcoming months as well as an EP album and trying to put out a mixtape or two in the process. Yes, it will be that same brash, snappy, catchy music that has caught your attention recently with some new twists, storylines and attractive grammar as I like to call it. I have already released a single out through all digital media outlets titled get it til the world blow. And will be releasing another single next Tuesday 02, 2016 titled Can’t take you serious which will also be available through digital downloads. There is also another album posted Round 3 for sale digitally so stop and check that out too.
