Spiritual Words With A Jazz Feel...
I love how you mixed that beautiful jazz feel with powerful words of spirtual wisdom. I think for a long time, people use to put gospel music in a box. I love that gospel and Christians artists are finding creative ways to get Gods words of love to the world. Congratulations.

Romans 8
I would add Spoken Word & Rap Genre to this Song Campaign and see it played and take off to supernatural increase to the top hit list. This is a Word of Life song with an ingenious arrangement. Smooth Jazz music that keeps a counterpoint to the vocal and percussion. There is a light in these words with an anointing on the music to bless the listener with true hope. I also enjoyed the higher voice soprano of the backup singer as a contrast to the deeper alto voice of the main vocal talent. Very impressive making an impact on the listener to receive the living water of the word right from the well of living waters.

THIS IS SERIOUS!
Congratulations! This is some serious vocal work done here and is worthy of allocades! And I say that NOT because of style preference, or other shallow things that others judge by! But this is a serious execution of lyrics that aren't just 'aimless' words for the 'general', but rather with a view to life and helping others IN their lives! And with that said, the execution 'of' these words musically, lyrically, vocally AND in approach .... MATCH! It Sounds like the singer is not 'just singing words' trying to sound great! This is different, as if the person's OWN passion is IN each expression so artistically presented in such a way with a view to 'effectiveness' instead of just to be 'liked', and I for one, Appreciate that energy and spirit! My ONLY opinion of shortcoming is The presentation itself as a whole. Immediately, the voice rang out of the mix, and 'sat' Over the mix throughout, as if it were not a real part of the whole, or as if it were recorded separately and sat on top of a track but was not 'mixed IN WITH the track itself, and was overwhelming the music. This is NOT a Fault per-se', but it IS a hinderance to the quality of recording that This HIGHLY DESERVES to BE! It is an Excellent vehicle! And the voice deserves to be presented that way!

This is a vibe
It has a feel good vibe. Gospel and jazz blended very well. It wasn't overwhelming. The vocal mix was smooth. I also love the message. This song could be played at cookouts and festivals. Well Done

Romans 8 Review
Hello everyone first of all I would like to thank The Donna Walton Gospel Network for requesting this review. First of all when I give a review I like to listen to the track several times to hear the track completely so lets dig into this review. Second what I hear immediately hear when I listen to this track is a outstanding Female Vocalist I assuming this maybe is Donna Walton, moving on I like the way this song is from start to finish it starts with singing style that is reminds of Jill Scott but it is also becomes a Vocal style of its own . I commend the Singer on her ability to put a lot of words in a single song definitely conveying her message in fact I don't think I am hearing anything being sung twice here, which I think is not only different but innovative. That why I rate this song 4 stars.

Nice lyrics
I really enjoyed this track and the lyrics were very nice. I don’t know if this was a gospel rap, but it had that vibe. The backgrounds were nicely done, I also liked the jazz feel in this track. The track didn’t over power the vocals which is a good thing. All and all I enjoyed the listen! Keep up the good work! -Chandler-

Loving it!
I love this voice and everything about it, Donna Walton! Only would love to hear you in a real live set type of recording or having the sound (mix and mastering) more delicately crafted as a jewel case. Mind you, I am not criticising the music, great keys btw! There's just, in my humble opinion, a subtle touch that needs to be adjusted at mixing stage, particularly as the voice enters in the beginning and it feels almost separated from the rest. I am not a sound engineer per se at all but used to the quite fussy way of listening my young son, who is one, has used me to, on top of 20 years spent as a radio person and in recording studios. This is all tech stuff, now, the song itself and the talent are in no way diminished by these details and once again, just loving it and your love shines through nonetheless ????????✨????

Very powerful and intense listening experience. There is a lot of love this song. The drum, bass, Rhodes compositions were carefully created. The energy of the lead vocals and harmonies is speeding the track in a positive way. Thank you for sharing your connection with the one love force musically and lyrically!

Blessed!!!!!!
I like the production sound and originality. Good job!! I can feel the heart in this showing you put in some dedicated work. I like the vibe and the rhythm sound, I can dig it!!! Sounds like the studio vibe was chill and relaxed!!!!! More artist should study the roots of their culture of art more to be better at their own art. Keep up the good work and stay in the lab creating new material to stay fresh and on your toes. Peace!

Jazzy Soul
The song has a nice flow to it and is beautifully arranged. I actually had to listen to it a few times to catch it all. There's just so much coming at you at once. One thing I do LOVE is scripture over music. That's a win win all day!

Great sound , very humbling and inspiring
This is such a natural sounding track I really enjoyed it alot. I have to admit it wasn't what I expected.but I really can't say what that is. But it was appreciated and respected. As well as very much liked. This is good music and you should continue to make it for the world to hear.People really need more of the message that you have to offer.I know that you believe this with a full heart so keep on because it's worth every moment.-GalaxyGemz.

Nice Gospel Message
The message is current, pretty well expressed and just like many rap songs - the lyrics are delivered very fast so it begs for your attention. The song could have been as easily rapped as it is sung.

Review for Romans 8
Naneyere: I love that you are using scripture and putting it to music; a great way to get God's message out! We do what we do to send out his message no matter where! Thank you! Love the harmony! The only constructive criticism I would suggest is to make sure your words are clear where there is no question of your message. Your voice is beautiful! Keep singing from deep inside and they will feel your spirit!

Romans 8 reviewed by Artey Williams
Romans 8 by The Donna Walton Gospel Network and sung by Naneyere Thomas reviewed by Artey WilliamsGreat impact od the bass kick and subtlety of keyboards, driven so much by that kick, but in terms of its locational impact on the vocals and lyric, which is absolutely vital in the aims of this number, is awesome, certainly banging the drum. What a vocal this girl has, her flow is so natural and without hesitation whatsoever, I just wonder if Naneyere does the backing vocals too, such a beautiful sound and lyrically who would have thought that Pauls letter the Roman church could ever be transposed and sound as wonderfully laid back but at the same time, dynamic as this. Nothing will separate you from the love of God. Great job x
