I like the originality of your work. Strong message and creativity is a big plus. Good production,i can hear some good vocals to this, good job on the final mix-down. this track is right in the midst of a big pick up as the artist has the right country voice and has the essance for the genre the track is well mastered and has a clean finish but there are some basic issues the rythem section is too far in the beack and cant be heard clearly and the overall mix is quite sloppy the musical notations are not blendid well but the overall content is within the track as for the timeing there is also some apparent issues as the instruments in certian places are disjointed from the compilation and from the vocals so they do need some attension but the production as a whole is a listenable piece it would be nice to hear the artist with a groupe of proffessionals that pay a great deal of attension to the details as i believe this artist could be a lot bigger than they might be at the minuite the voice is spot on and the story lines some what on the weak side but within context so if you like your country with a more of a live and easy feel to it then do sit back and enjoy this recording from Don Smythe as it certianly does fit the bill i might add there are quite a few enhancements that could be added but that is a personnel view point

Longway Till Tomorrow, a very nice traditional country song with a good vocal line and professional backing track, nice lyrics with a good tag line and chorus. i enjoyed listening to this and have added to my favourites, I would like to hear more of Don's songs

You have a really nice song here. It has a nostalgic hint of early Texas country that I listened to years ago. Very smooth rhythm section with solid piano and that sweet pedal steel will always appeal to the true country listener. You got nice tone on the acoustic guitar too. Your lyrics tell a good story and it is delivered very well. You have good backing vocals that help carry your song as well.
