too busy in many spots
The intro was too haphazard and the synth dissonance makes it sound out of tune. The drums make it hard to even tap your foot to (too busy in many spots) Vocals are OK, but nothing that stands out as being impressive. Because of the tempo changes, it's hard to get into for me...

"Silent Knight" by Dream Dust
Upon your very first listen to "Silent Knight" by Switzerland's fabulous Dream Dust, you cannot help but be deeply impressed by the terrific musicianship, expert production and compelling songcraft by this fine band. While their musical influences are quite obvious - the music is highly unique and they have definitely found their own impressive sound. Highly recommended!

Sliding through
I loved the intro. It felt like if I was to ride a wormhole through the universe, this would be a great track to slide on through to the other side. And as the song progressed, I felt the same way all the way to the end. Very trippy, and soothing at the same time. Overall, it was a pleasant track to listen to and I will give it a 4 out of 5 stars.

80 Flash Forward
Love the voices! Feels like I'm listening to an 80*s cyborg lady band in the not so distant future. I kept think blade runner the entire time. Thank you! I really enjoyed listening to Silent Knight!

Silent Knight
I like the song...great clarity in the overall production. My only concerns would be that the background keyboards (at times) take away from the vocal.,,especially the lead vocal, and, the drums are a bit loud throughout. The recording needs to have the vocals as the most prominent aspect....and the drums definitely override a lot of other sounds.

Absolutely amazing song
The music had great sounds and tones that really grabbed my attention. Songwriting and vocals were on point and brought as much to the song as the music did. Very well made and I really did enjoy it a lot. Just wanted to give you a little feedback didn’t have anything negative to say about it at all. Thanks for your time

Nice and relaxing song
Hi there hope all is good there, just finished listening to your song It's a nice one with good instrumental parts and voices, In my opinion, the mix must be more pro in terms of Bass and Drums more presence is needed. Keep up the good work and Stay Metal!

Hot!
I like the sound it's original! I can feel the heart in this showing you put in some dedicated work. I like the melody and that relaxation you put into the music, very laid back but with some smooth vocals, I can dig it!!! Sounds like the studio vibe was feeling the vibe I could sit back to this one and zone out!!!!! More artist should study the roots of their culture of art more to be better at their own art. Keep up the good work and stay in the lab creating new material to stay fresh and on your toes. Peace!

the 70's still live
Heavy keyboards dominate the opening, and even more so the entire song throughout. Sounds are very 70's proggy with what appears to be generous use of the jog wheel throughout. Maybe a bit too much, as when the vocals come in there are very obvious sways from the notes desired. Maybe a bit more time spent on the vocal mix would be judicious here, with a lower mix on the high line and a doubling of the main lead line. Also may need a tweek in the EQ department to bring out the bottom and lower mids more to give a fuller presentation.

SILENT KNIGHT
OK NOT WHAT I WAS EXPECTING THOUGHT WE WERE ON A MUSICAL WITHOUT LYRICS FOR A MOMENT THEN THE VOCALS CAME IN NOT SURE WHAT THE AIM IS HERE I WOULD LIKE TO HEAR MORE SPACE IN THE PRODUCTION AND MORE OF A CHOICE BETWEEN KEYBOARDS AND GUITAR AS THE RYTHM INSTRUMENTS

Silent Knights
One of the things I enjoy most about Number One Music artists is the newfound ability to hear music from around the world by singers who I'd never have the chance to listen to otherwise. That, in itself, is a great thing. Here, with this song the lead singer sounds like the lead singer from No Doubt. I am not a fan of the harmony with the vocals, her voice is grating on my ears, however the effort is well intended. Musically, this is a well produced soft-rock mid-tempo composition that pulls the vocals along to the finish line.

DREAM DUST Silent Knight
Interesting spiralling layers of instruments with a gothic vocal like this band and their versatility there is a strange sort of hiccup as the tempo changes the first time but recovery is good as it comes back to the original and I feel every one was not quite on board but this could be intentional as artists do things differently to express themselves. I like the track but feel it would benefit from a little more time in the mix stage. like the vocals but like them better on your other tracks

almost Spinal Tap-ish
Listening to this I can visualize a missing scene from Spinal Tap where they're dressed up in spacesuits and flying on wires over a mini Stonehenge on the moon. But on the plus side, girl singers.

Dream Dust review
I have reviewed some of your other songs and have enjoyed them. In listening to this one, I felt a disconnect with it. I'm not feeling that the actual production is up to par with the mix or some of the individual instrument tracks. There appears to be a lot of timing issues also that come out even more with this particular mix. I'm assuming this was recorded in a home studio and may be helped if taken into a more professional one. My best suggestion would be to take this back into a studio and try re-tracking the song. The drums are really too thin, the vocals could be mixed better and so on. Do yourself a favor and try this one again. Good luck with your writing moving forward. You have a talent. It simply needs to be produced professionally.

Silent Knight - Dream Dust
The moment the song started, I knew I liked it. This is the third Dream Dust song that I am pleased to review. Recalling the best of the 80s and 90s no worries. I can't explain why. Two female voices, a guitar line with a delicate synthesizer, very calm drums, the best solutions lead to flying the composition. Below the finish, the drums and all instrument lines are more intense. And calming down slowly to the end. I recommend listening to all those who started music in the 80s and 90s, but not only. ROCKIN IT OUT WITH DREAM DUST.
THE DRUMS STAND OUT AS WELL AS THE FINE VOCALS. I LIKE THE HARMONIES. IT'S SOFT ROCK THAT'S LIKE NO OTHER. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK. WHEN I LISTENED TO THE TRACK I THOUGHT LIKE THIS IS FITTING FOR EVEN A MOVIE. GOOD WORK.
