Dreamt Into Nothing was formed by Cody Burkhart as his views on the way the world was progressing slowly turned from hopeful to dismay. Angered over the apathy people show about the horrible things that go on, he decided to write and voice his frustration to encourage people to think, question and change the cycle. After trying unsuccessfully to form a band that was serious (only proving his viewpoint further) Cody decided to work as a solo artist instead, and has not regretted it.
