We are so excited to share with you all things that are going on with our duo group. For the new subscribers Dynahsti is a duo of group and our genre is Contemporary Christian/Neo Soul Gospel/Inspiration. Our heart is just to make good music and to encourage people who are going through trials and difficulties in life. We all need music! This past weekend, we did our New Video and Photo Shoot for our new single "Fly High". We wrote this song as an encouragement to our self because at the time we had our own changes in life. Krystal, which is one of the lead vocalist is now married. So, we took time to help her plan the wedding. Just dealing with transitions like myself Ashley (lead vocalist) I had a new job, college, along with many of the things, that I am sure you are going through too. So, in the midst of everything that we were going through, the song "Fly High" was born. My verse says; "I am beautiful, confident, radiant in every way. I will secede by any means, I’ll be who, I want to be. I won’t take no for an answer. I’m free to be me and I can fly Chorus I can fly I can fly, higher than the clouds that touch the sky high, high, high. It was a empowerment statement; "Have confidence in yourself and believe you can make it".
I can't wait until we can share it with you. Remember, we all are beautiful in God's eyes he made us in his image. Take off the shackles of life and be Free!! John 8:36 If the Son therefore shall make you free, ye shall be free indeed.

We are so thankful to have supporters and fans like you. Dynahsti has been working hard in the studio. Our new EP will be coming out in the early fall. With a full layout of new music and pictures. The new EP will have an Inspirational Neo Soul feel that will introduce you to more of the creative jazzy urban roots of our sound. Stay tuned we will be giving out snippets of our new music soon.

About Dynahsti
Dynahsti is a female Contemporary Christian/Neo Soul/Gospel vocal duo group from Dallas, Texas. Their music has urban grooves with smooth jazzy accents. Dynahsti is a female Contemporary Christian vocal duo group from Dallas, Texas assembled in 2006. Dynahsti launched with original members Krystal and Ashley Stepney, who are sisters. Their motto is "Created for such a time as this Est. 4:14" they want to inspire this generation to remember to be strong in the faith and to be leaders. Krystal, is a soprano with experience in opera from college and a songwriter. Ashley, is a soprano and songwriter she plays the acoustic guitar. The inspiration for the duo comes from their family. They have several family members who are gospel singers, musicians and ministers. After many of their friends were going through sickness, abuse, and family issues. They were inspired by a vision to encourage hearts through music. Their collage of musical influences include Yolanda Adams, Kirk Franklin, J. Moss, 21:03, Deitrick Haddon, Kiki Sheard. These influences are blended into Dynahsti’s distinctive vocal style best described as Jazzy accents with a Techno groove. Their music is a beautiful blend of new and old and pushes the boundaries of traditional gospel music. Utilizing urban vocals, strong beats and polished production to spread the word of God.
