Jimmy Østbygaard, a Danish bass player, producer, and songwriter, was excited to announce the launch of his new music project, "East Collectors" in 2020. After spending over a decade as a session and live musician, Jimmy decided to take the reins and create his own music.

"East Collectors" is a unique music project where Jimmy writes and produces his own songs while handpicking musicians and singers from around the world who fit into each song's unique sound. With his roots in the Faroe Islands, Jimmy brings a diverse range of cultural influences to his music.

"I am thrilled to share my passion project, 'East Collectors,' with the world," said Jimmy Østbygaard. "I've always loved collaborating with other musicians, and this project has allowed me to create something truly special. Each song has its own identity, and I can't wait for fans to hear the magic that happens when musicians from all over the world come together to make music."

Jimmy has already released several tracks, including "The One for Me" and "Eras Para Mi" which showcase his unique sound and the diverse range of talent that he has brought together for this project. Each song is a reflection of Jimmy's personal experiences and emotions, brought to life by his impressive skills as a producer and songwriter.
