Song Reviews

Good composition

Helpful

I am reviewing this as a demo track as the composition itself is really nice but the quality isn't strong enough to warrant a higher rating. I don't like sound quality to get too much in the way of writing so still gave this a fairly high rating. Also, I imagine the style and quality hugely depends on what this song has been written for - I could imagine this getting good reception a a soundtrack to a video game, for example. The flow is really nice - the main instrument has good variation and the melodies and really well thought out. The drums are quite intermittent for my taste but it might just not be my style and I need to get a bit more clued up on this style of music! I really like the gentle walking arpeggios that run through the track that contrast the changing melodies of the main instrument. Overall a good track and a maybe even a great track if put to the right audience!

Dear Eddison Baptiste

Hi, i lesson carefully your music track, and to tell you the true, it is not my cup of tea, but i notice that there is a nice and long melody who's remind me some greats composers as mike oldfield or Ennio Morricone. It will be nice for my part that you include maybe some real instrument for the compain. What i like the most that the melody change all the time...and i like long melody with motives who's turn around...sorry for my bad english ;-) ...All the best...sal

Relaxation

Helpful

Thank you for a nice meditative and very relaxing track. It was very melodic and I enjoy playing it over and over again. It does though sound like there's an accordion which is totally awesome. Maybe I don't know my instruments by sound, but I do know this is a track that I could you for yoga and other meditation exercises. Thank you again.

Daydream!

Helpful

I quite like this composition. It's like a daydream streaming visions, which translates time flowing by in a relaxed mood. The forefront instruments depict various instances of interwoven ideas, while background instruments seamlessly bind the evolving ideas into a delicate fabric of interlaced sounds.

Song for show

Helpful

This should be on like a video game or cartoon show of sorts. Has a definite flow and jingle and brings a sort of feel-goodery to it. The drum sequence could use a little work but overall there is a plot that Eddison has thought of and seems to be moving in that direction. Keep creating!

Pleasant fare

Helpful

I'm not sure I'm the best guy to review textural instrumental music, since it's really not my thing, but I will say that this is pleasant in a pastoral sense...very soothing and tension free if you need to relax.

Sounds good

Keep up the good work.. Talent is hard to find.. Your sound is uniquely designed. The first time in a few.. I want you to know if you have any.. Music. Or if you want to clab.. I'm up for the task.. And if you have sounds that I could use. That would also be grateful.. Have a good day.. And keep up the good work man.

r

what a shame, that this about 2 min-theme is pull out 6 min, or if your intention was this would be a meditative feeling, so your choice of (kindergarden)sounds was terrible and nerve-racking, the main theme's sound is too irritate and childish and your rhythmic-world is too simple for me
