Hey folks! Happy New Year! May 2021 bring you uncountable blessings! I am swallowing my pride; and I'm going to reach out to my "audience" (You amazing individuals!). I have made a patreon account (https://www.patreon.com/fawx). I'm not one to ever ask for financial assistance, however, I'm in a situation where making sure my family has a roof over their heads, and food on the table is my only concern, and replacing/upgrading equipment is secondary at best. I would like to get a new microphone, as the one I'm currently using, has terrible quality; To the point in which, I cannot use it without post-processing FX, to increase gain. Which I personally dislike, as I aim for my music to convey the emotions of each song without distortion. Other things on my wish-list, is a Bass Guitar, and a new electric guitar, as my high-end Ibanez was stolen a couple years ago, so I'm currently using a cheap Epiphone. (If anyone has a decent mic they're willing to part with, let me know!) Unless my personal business takes off this spring, I'm currently stuck at a job that pays about 60% of my monthly expenses (yes, a 40% deficit), I tried opening an online merch shop with spreadshirt, however apparently no one likes the Fawx logo as much as I do :P Regardless; those of you that subscribe to me here, have been a huge inspiration for me to focus on my true passion in life: music. Just know that I totally understand. 2020 Screwed over a ton of people (myself included), and by the looks 2021 isn't shaping up to be much better, I will keep being positive, and pray that this year is amazing anyway. I'm currently trying to record a new song; 'Stranger in the Mirror', however, I want to have clean vocals, but that will have to wait until I can afford a decent microphone as my current mic is a $20 one from a discount store, that was purchased in the early 2000's.
