We cant do without you guys!
Hi Guys
I hope that you are all well. I also hope that the headline grabbed your attention-it may sound cheesy (that's what WE say in the UK!) but it's true-we really cant do without you guys and your AMAZING support. Like everybody else we have good and bad days, then out of the blue some of you will send us an email, saying how much our music means to you. You have NO idea how uplifting that is, so thank you again for that. Want to also say, thank you sooo much for those of you who took the time out to recommend E-K-A's content as we attempt to spread our music even further.
I really love the idea that you are ALL part of an INTERNATIONAL family that supports E-K-A. How awesome is that? So please continue to do your bit by telling your friends and family to check us out. So what have we been up to since the last newsletter? Well our parent label Biggroove Records celebrates its 10th birthday this year. That is both amazing and pretty scary-10 years have flown by with all the changes that has taken place as well (I don't think we had twitter back then and 'ordinary' people and tiny organisations like ours were just experimenting with the idea of a website!). Our website is under going a major facelift as a little birthday present to itself! Next month sees the proper launch to radio stations for E-K-A's next release called Thinkin About U featuring and Up and coming vocal talent called Chiedza. You can checkout the track on our Debut album Everything is Going To Be Alright (a very catchy title eh???!) listen before you buy at www.biggrooverecords.com or hit the button on this site. BTW have you got the album yet? That would be a great support to us if you did... back to our news, trying to persuade Chiedza to get some film done of herself and friends singing Thinkin about U, so that we can make a video out of some of the footage. Fingers crossed-the next time that we speak, I will have a new video for you to see.
