Song Reviews
Good advise
I immediately take to songs that allow me to easily understand the vocals, I love the harmonies here also, an added plus for song enjoyment. If I don't take to a song in the first few seconds, I won't even bother to review, so getting my approval is pretty good from me. Great guitar break. Nice & furious. but simple. Great emotion. Great song. It rocks. I like the quiet part that brings back the vocal on the upbeat too.

Going insane out on the dusty plains?
I'm not following your lyrical direction here. Your song begins (and remains it seems) as an on-the-road tale of rough times with a nice bouncy Texas-type feel. Destination: home. But it doesn't seem to tie into your title, Please don't talk too much. I like the ragged guitar lead, and the bass playing is good, as well as the other instrumentation. The chorus harmonies work as well. I'm still just not buying the lyrical content as it is. What does "whispering your name" and "going insane" have to do with the journey home? Am I missing something? Good luck! A little refining might fix this for me.

PLEASE DONT TALK TOO MUCH
NICE SWAMPY ROCK/BLUES INTRODUCTION KICKS OFF THIS SONG NICELY THE VOCAL DELIVERY HAS SOME PASSION IN THE DELIVERY ALTHOUGH I THINK THE VOCAL COULD BE PULLED BACK IN THE OVERALL MIX IT FEELS TO ME LIKE IT IS SITTING TOO HIGH CONVERSELY THE GUITARS WHICH ARE DRIVING THE MELODY NEED TO BE INCREASED TO PROVIDE THE PUNCH THE SONG REQUIRES THESE ARE MINOR ADJUSTMENTS BUT OVERALLA GOOD EFFORT

GOOD SOUND
Hello Eleanor's Cobra, ROCK? In my book this has a definate Country feel and there is nothing wrong with that. Your band is tight and seems to know it's way around a recording studio. Your sound seems a little thin, which I am going attribute to the producer/ engineer. Just a little more bass/mids on everything. Especially the vocals would help this cut tremendously. Overall sounds good and keep up the good work. I am going to assume this is an original song, Good writing as well !!
