Hi all!
First off I wanted to thank you all for your support. It means the world to me that you guys appreciate my music. Never in my wildest dreams did I expect this type of response. I pour my heart and soul into my music and it is nice to receive so many compliments on it when I felt a little vulnerable. I've been bombarded with folks asking where they can get more of my tunes. I'm in the process of getting all of my tracks together and uploaded to CDBaby. There are a few tracks up there now and the rest should be up in the next 24 hours or so. There will be 33 tracks available once building the page is complete. Fingers crossed that I'll be able to get onto iTunes eventually, but for the time being this is what I could pull off. The Epitome of Sound is the solo project of Chris Munzenrider. He is based in Las Vegas, NV. His mission with the music is for each song to tell a story without the need for lyrics. Chris has a broad musical background. Starting with piano studying the Suzuki Method when he was 6, he's been involved in the music industry one way or another his entire life playing everything from guitar to drums to keyboards.
He was drummer for Minneapolis, MN. based Herofactor, a heavy sound similar to Rage Against the Machine, for 5 years until they broke up. After that Christopher went solo tinkering with mixing house beats and classical instruments. Eventually his creation The Epitome of Sound was born.
Chris composes all of the original songs himself using a mixture of live instruments, keyboards and pianos, drums, drum machines, samplers, and a computer.
