Absolutely Beautiful
This song is absolutely gorgeous! You can tell Erik-Peter Mortensen knows what he’s doing in the classical world. It is so professionally and classically perfect! I love the sound of the male A Cappella. It is blended so well, and gives a very rich and dynamic sound. Thank you for sharing this beautiful tribute with us!

Great classical vocal...
Great texture of harmony with beautiful voices. The human voice is always the ultimate musical instrument. Alway the most convincing and naturally provoke sentiment and emotion. This recording reminds me of my late father was a very good baritone singer (not professional but was a member of a church choir). He loved to sing Ave Verum Corpus (Mozart).

Powerful sounds.
The full harmonies that encompasses this recording is very apparent from the beginning of the track. Not to mention the many smooth transitions of words with a streamline or seamless continuation of singing proves of great breath control. The professionalism is very apparent and not only it being an original piece which I greatly respect, but in closing great job. Roger W.

Ave Verum Corpus
Thanks for sharing your music ---I was drawn to the harmonies and arrangement--memories of days in the heavenly realm of the Catholic Church. Keep up the great works for the Lord is good and His Love for us is everlasting, as is this music.

Always Wanted To Do This
This is so beautiful. I've always wanted to do this in a song, to build that "cloud" of sound and harmony. I love the the arrangement and the mix. I love the movement in the individual voicings - like a dance of harmony. I couldn't understand the language and it still brought me to tears. This was powerful... so amazingly beautiful. Thank you for sharing this. I look forward to more from you!

Beautiful
This song is great, I can only imagine how long it took to record each vocal. Sad that it was for the occasion, but she would have truly been very proud. You have a great tone, very nice arrangement as well Erik.

Very melodious!
Lovely melodious tune. Very spiritual and powerful. I wish I could understand the lyrics so I can get even more blessed by it. The artists are well trained in classical music and have rich, well developed voices. Great job!

The harmonies... wow! Such a beautiful tribute. I remember singing songs like this back in college choir. It’s so refreshing to hear people creating music like this today. Keep going. The world needs more music like this! - Stephen John Paul

My thoughts
Definitely has a Old Country feel. Done really well, the voices aren't blended almost to perfection. Not hearing any music at all so the voices are carrying the entire thing. I'm sure you and your aunt were very close and this is an AWESOME tribute for her and to her. So very sorry for your loss.

Sophisticated and well-executed
Having sung in quite a few choirs, I still don't know much about composing classical music, so I will just comment on what I hear in this recording, and what I like and don't like as a listener. The a capella delivery of this intricate male quartet is technically strong. The composition is rich and complex, with interweaving vocal lines that create a chant-like quality. I can well imagine this recording on the Spa channel on Sirius XM, which I listen to all the time in the car. Although I can't understand a single word of the Latin, I appreciate, the wandering, free-form quality in what is anything but a wandering and free-form composition, and the high degree of difficulty carried off with seeming effortlessness by the well-trained if occasionally froggy-voiced singers.
