The last 5 months have been crazy. Life isn't always easy and I'm not here to complain. I wish no ill on any man. Unity is something we often over look. Together alot of things are possible when we put our minds together and combine our physicality. #strength to the courageous and 1luv to all -mAd

No one is perfect nor do I think anyone should strive for it but to push and exceed your physical, spiritual & mental state of mind past its limitations..... Now that sounds better

As a human being I hope to push my mental, physical and spiritual well being to its max. Grow with me. Times may be rough but my heart is still into the music....can't wait to share my new chapter in life....maybe it can help you thru your journey
