Fun to Listen to
This song is so full of great lyrics and musical talent. It kind of has that folk/bluegrass feel to it like old country music did, but updated a little. The vocals are very clean and mixed well within the song. I love that every instrument is able to be heard, you don’t get that much anymore. Thank you for the beautiful song!

He'd live again.
The song starts out a little odd. It sounds like a mistake you got comfy with and let go. The melody sounds like a good country song, a little bit borrowed but original enough. I couldn't understand the lyrics easily, I would try to clear them up. The guitar sounded like it had a lot of compression but overall good. Harmonies are good. Overall good job.

canzone gradevole e carina da ascoltare Ester va bene per questa canzone che ha una tonalità bassa anche le doppie voci vanno bene quindi giudizio positivo anche se si potrebbe migliorare cantando più' in alto di tonalita'

Really a blessing to my heart Esther every time I listen to your songs. This song is a real blessing to me. My Faith in Jesus Christ is growing by your songs I hear. Thank you Esther I'm very happy today. I have been in pain from a muscle pull to my left side below my heart but I Know Jesus is helping me. Understanding that God still loves me and is correcting me for his glory so i can be with him but for now feel his peace in the middle of trials. God bless you Esther. Nice song. Keep up the good work. Be sure to copyright everything. I didn't know about including the ISC # with the song when sending them out so I don't get royalties. I have corrected that now

Beautiful song beautifully performed. You might want to consider raising the volume of your vocals a little out of the mix. The harmony is good the instruments are great. Electric guitarist is very skilled. Keep up the good work!

Excellent country sound, this is a very upbeat song and it catches the ear of all who listen, and the song story is good and easy to remember as well. I would recommend this especially to those who love Christian country music.

Bop review
Ok, well this is a country, slap happy old world religious song. Starts off with a nice swinging drum and bass groove in 4/4 very tight rhythm section. What's funny I can here a cross between dolly parton in and the eurythmics in the very beginning. Very nice vocal and harmonies are prominent, cool stuff. What's nice about this song is it has a nice message in the vocals and a creative hook to go along with it. Overall very thought out and creative I think that there's some more good music coming for you in the near future. Keep loving what you do and be the best you can be.

Hi Esther, This song is both gives us the story of the gospel wonderfully . Accomplished guitarist with a feel for this song so it is very anointed by THe LORD. I loved the whole song. I liked how you mixed your voice to make it more fleshed out in the whole song. I am in awe of how you write such great lyrics. I hope you enjoy and even greater blessing than you have known in more fans to reach them with the gospel of peace.

In My Opinion
Greetings, Thank you for choosing me to review your work, I count it an honor to be included in such a task. My hat is off to you and anyone willing to step out and share their gift, talent and love of music to the public. Be it a musician, singer, song writer, actor and so-on. I myself, via 40 some years of experience in the fields, on the road, in the studio, radio, TV, video, and management, consider myself to be a seasoned musician, singer, song writer, studio-sound tech/engineer/ owner/operator, stage manager, find it sometimes hard/difficult and perhaps not even fair to sit in a seat, voicing My Opinion concerning another's creative efforts. Especially in certain genres of music I am not all that familiar with concerning very important elements that make up and meet the required standards to justify the various levels of ratings and grades. So, in saying ALL that, I will limit myself to MY Opinion concerning the quality of the work according to My ears, and the standards I have been familiarized with thru-out the years. I hold to the old - saying " Beauty Is In The EAR of The Beholder ... LOL. The sound quality of the recording over-all is very crisp and bright and clear, I really enjoyed the country guitar work. Vocals are smooth and natural, and extremely peaceful. The mix levels let me know who was still in charge of this song. Very easy to sit back and listen to. LOVE Country Gospel Music. I mean no offense in any part, I myself take all feedback and use it as a tool toward my next project. I pray you feel the same way. Either way, I say to you, keep doing what you do, keep kicking and enjoying what you do. I tell folks all the time for many years. When it stops being FUN, then it's time to stop, and stand back and think about what we are doing, why we are doing it, how we are doing it, what we and others are getting out it. Is it what we want, and how we want it. IF NOT. what are willing to do from there? Thank you again for asking MY OPINION. Johnny

Awesome mix and really nice harmonies, not sure why but the acoustic guitar lead didn't sound right, something just wasn't right with it, maybe just how fast the lead was rather than how melodic it could have been, I liked the lyrics and the beat and it got me tapping my toes so that's always a good sign to me....its a toe tapping thing I guess, Well God Bless and keep on writing music for the Lord... Amen!

He"d live Again
Yes HE is !! Thanks for asking for the review. Great song, Im hearing Merle Haggard ( Mama Tried ) real strong here and thats OK. Esther, I would seriously consider a new producer and studio and maybe even different players. They are not doing you justice. The mix is pretty rough, your vocals are pulled way back, buried by a drummer thats all over the place. The lead player, if you could call him that really is OVER PLAYING. Any producer will ALWAYS say LESS IS MORE !! Studio musician"s know this. Your a good songwriter and I just hate when the song gets treated wrong. Thanks and keep up the solid writing.

Coming together
Once again, Esther Swably has written a sweet, old-fashioned church song, and sung in her smooth, soothing voice, and once again, she is backed by a talented band that is getting in her way less than on previous songs I have reviewed by this group. The band plays this with a pretty straight-forward country-western feel, after the take-off, which is a bit awkward. The drums are simple and steady. The bass is well played, but mixed a little too loud, making the lyrics hard to understand through large stretches of the song. The duet harmony is competent. The biggest problem with this effort is the lead guitar. The guitarist has a 16-bar ride. He starts out rushing the beat, then settles into an uninspired melody, then turns on the jets playing a wild sequence of 16th notes that he doesn't quite pull off. The result is a lead guitar solo that is showy, sloppy, and kind of tasteless. Even if he had pulled it off, he would only have succeeded in making the song about himself. Yet this guitarist has talent and is capable of tasteful licks, like the fill with which he ends the song. If he took that idea as the foundation of his ride, it could be much better. All in all, this band is making progress. They are getting in Esther's way less and less, and becoming more and more of an enhancement to her vocals and song-writing, which, for better or worse, is the role of the band. Best of luck in your continued development.
