Song review
Hi Esther, I like the lyrics of your song a lot. My suggestion to your recording engineer would be to compare your mix to any songs currently on the radio. I believe he will find that added way too much reverb on your vocals and that he should cut it back on the music, as well. I hope this helps you, dear. Best wishes to you and God bless!

MY THOUGHTS.
Can anyone really go wrong singing about Jesus. Thee band is about as country as you can get. It fits the song perfectly. Players are more than polished for the feel of the song. Production is decent. With the vocals, personally I would of taken some of the reverb off, its a little heavy. Also on the 1st chorus, when the harmony singer came in she came in a tick late, therefore she rushed it. Overall, decent job. THANKS

A view from Georgia
I liked the song however I felt it sounded like the vocals were in a tunnel also the instruments were louder than the vocals. However I did like the lyrics and the singer has good vocal control I would say all in all if it was a little better in the mix of the song it would be a great tune to really enjoy and I wish this artist all the best in her ministry and her singing and will be watching for more material from you.

Good job
Good song. Upbeat tempo, good job. For me not my style of arrangement, but I definitely can see an audience for your style. I encourage you to continue in your writing and wish you all the best!

Easy Listening Voice
As I listened to the song, "Love Crucified a Rose" the first thing that his my mind was that Esther Swably's voice is very easy to listen to! Her delivery style is very complimentary to the timbre of her voice. There are a couple of things that I would suggest to make Esther's voice the center piece of the song. First, I would suggest not using as much reverb on the voice. It sets the voice apart from the music and makes it feel like 2 different recordings. Try mixing other affects to help the voice sound like another instrument in the same recording. Second, lift the vocal volume. Make the voice the main instrument. There were times I lost the words and couldn't understand. I hope this helps... Keep Making Music...Your "Easy Listening" tone causes people to listen...to the gospel!

Love the sound
The overall sound reminds me of something I would have heard on am radio in the sixties. A great country funky bit of guitar playing and a sweet female vocal singing her love for the lord. It's a good arrangement, flow and mix. This .really reminds me of something I would have heard on a Sunday morning as I was driving down a Kentucky or Tennessee backroad with the sun shining down on my shoulders

Great lyrics
I love the Songwriting ability for this song. I would say the vocals are a bit saturated with reverb, ease back a bit and it would meld right in like cheese on pizza. Keep practicing your Songwriting skills, that's sure to get you far. I like the song.

Love Crucified A Rose
Another great song by Esther. Beautiful lyrics and a great Rockabilly sound track to which the listener can sing along. The song reveals the truth about how God who is Love sent His Son Jesus to be born of woman, and to die for all mankind's sins. The message of this song touches the heart because the lyrics express the truth of Jesus' sacrifice, a rose crucified for every lost soul's sake.

Nice Song!
Very nice song telling of the price Jesus paid on the cross to redeem mankind back to the Father. The instruments sound nice, and the song itself is actually cheerful and full of hope. Keep up the good work singing for our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. You have a beautiful gift for the Body of Christ. Keep on sharing your music ministry and keep on proclaiming the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
