Born in 1984; Tyler grew up in Appleton, Wisconsin. "I was always playing around with music and creating my own" he says. Growing up he said he knew he always wanted to DJ and be an artist in the music industry. Starting at the age of 13, Tyler started out as a DJ; spinning records on a turntable, beatboxing, and simple techno music production as a small hobby. It was his Sophomore year in high school where he took a trip to Germany as a foreign exchange student that forever changed his life by music. He quoted, "The genre of Techno and Trance was far more explosive in Europe than in the (expired link). at that time. I instantly became addicted to the free flowing rhythms and ambiance, unique and intriguing vibes, and the smooth unstoppable beats!" A few Electronic artists that have been major musical influences to him are; ATB, DJ Mangoo, Sylver, Barthezz, DJ Melodie, DJ Tiesto, Paul van Dyk, Shiny Toy Guns, BassHunter. He started out with his own turntable spinning for just friends and family at home. As he grew... He would DJ with the night club's equipment until he was able to buy his own. He was initially known as DJ Legacy until about 2004, where he then change to the name EvaLegacy, which was a gaming nickname given to him as an alternative to a friend's gaming nickname which was DarkLegacy. Check out evalegacy's DJ & Electronic music page.

"You can often find me as the DJ of a hot night club or playing my music live for friend's, family and social gatherings. Although, I'm quite the perfectionist and more of a producer now so I spend more of my time in the studio... but I love the excitement of live performances and the adrenaline rush of fans and friendly support; that really keeps me going!" Although there is a lot of controversy over the ease of illegally downloaded media... evalegacy believes the internet is one of the most explosive ways to get your talent out and seen. He says, "It's amazing seeing my music all over the internet and all of the spectacular reviews, comments, blogs, etc; it let's me know i'm doing my job right!" While he does like to work independently because it gives him a sense of control over his work at his own pace; he also says, "Yes, I believe I would sign to a major label if the contract terms are appealing to me." He is also currently working on starting his own record label, so look out for it soon.

He has been a Trance artist and producer for over 10 years. He was labeled as the hottest Trance artist of Wisconsin in 2009 and is consuming the entire Midwest. In addition to Techno and Trance, he is now also a producer for Hip-Hop, Pop, R&B and Rap, Collabs and Features, Games, Advertisement & More. Featured in magazine's, and stated as the fastest growing Hip-Hop producer of the Midwest! Tyler also attended the University Of Wisconsin Oshkosh pursuing a degree in 'Computer Science' as well as music. In addition to his experience with music, he has over 9 years of experience in 'Information Technology' and computers. He was building layouts and programming CSS code in MySpace creating layouts for others before MySpace profile generators were created. He manages his own music, production, advertisement, and websites personally; Stating, "I have experience and vision. When I dream it, I do it! Then I know it's done to my perfection! I also like to be able to tell everyone "I did that all on my own" and it gives my fans a greater experience when they understand it was done all on my own!"
