I posted the first release from my new CD, "Skipping Stones." I hope you have had a chance to listen. It's got a different, cooler vibe than my earlier stuff. I am still at work recording, and I am adding violin to a couple of tracks this week - not me, that is one of the few stringed intsruments I don't play! "Skipping Stones" is 2 ukuleles, bass, percussion, drums and vocal. I am playing everything but drums on that one. My good friend, Jeremy Roldan, is the drummer on that track. Hello there! I have been busy in the recording studio, working on my 3rd CD. So far, I have recorded 5 songs, with 2 or 3 more to go. That is the plan so far. I can't wait to share my new music with you all. One of the songs is "Skipping Stones," which will probably be the first one finished. I had a live version on my page, but it was not a great recording, so I have taken that down. I guess it was a bit of a teaser! Sorry if you had it on a playlist. I think you will like the newer version a lot better. Please check back on my page for the new tunes. I hope to finish editing "Skipping Stones" this week.

Well, it is hapening. I am heading back to the studio next week to start recording my 3rd (!) CD. I am pretty excited. And I had new photos taken last week. Lots of good stuff happening in my little musical world. Now we just need goodness happening out there in the real world. It has been a beautiful day here in Florida, USA. Makes me very thankful. So be on the lookout, because I will be posting new pics and new tunes very soon. And video too! We live in a YouTube world, right?

Hello, I have been writing new songs, but I have to say, they are increasingly sad and mournful songs. I wake up every day in fear. Fear for my children's future, fear for our planet, and fear of the constant violence we are all seeing. I wrote a new song, called "Run From Wind and Storm." It was initially about the murder of a young American man who was stabbed while visiting Israel. I played the song at a show this week, right after the killings in Belgium. When will it all stop? I hope to record it soon and share it with you all. But I really just want to write a happy and upbeat song. I just can't right now. I wish and pray for peace every day. If there are more of us who want peace than those who are violent and evil, then why can't we live in a peaceful world?

Hello from sunny Clearwater, Florida USA! I have been playing ukulele bass for a band for the last 3 years, and sadly, that gig has come to an end. The good news is I am putting together a new band, and I will be playing guitar (that is my main instrument) and singing my songs. I was very sad how the other band ended, but one door closes and another opens, right? I think I found a really good door! So now I am working on more new material, and I hope to be back in the studio sometime in the next few months. The big question is, will we be the Eve Alman Band? Or should we have a great band name? I am open to suggestions! Please write and share some ideas! Thanks to all of you for your ongoing support, and so many emails. Most of all, thanks for listening and supporting the music.

Hey there. I have not been on Number 1 Music in a while, and I was very happy to see so many new subscribers, and my songs have been in the top 100 world-wide! Thank you all for listening. I have just uploaded some more music, and a video inspired by my trip to Alaska this past summer. I did get to play in London last year - a highlight for sure! I have been playing a lot of ukulele recently and writing with it too. "Skipping Stones" and "Alaskan Skies" are both uke tunes. I hope you enjoy listening.
