When writing a song you must take your time. You can not record a song in 1-3 hours and expect it to be a hit, or smash hit. It seems as though you met someone that sad you have a nice voice and in order to get you to come to see them invited you to thier studio. They just bought, or rarely use. The music industry is very cut throat, and cut dry. In order for you to do well you must take your craft very seriously. Next time you may want to have someone write for you. I can not understand all the words. Please open your mouth and pronounce your lyrics when recording. The engineer can smooth your vocals with the engineering options, but in this case I doubt they had the know how. I can tell that you are very amateur, just starting out. You haven't been recording long. Your background harmonies were pretty good. Be careful not to clutter the song with talking over your main vocals. "I didn't feel you," is the answer to your question, "Do you feel me?" But, you have potential so don't give up if this is just the beginning. I give you a one because your vocals have promise. "In order to be great at something you must have great people around you." Remember to surround yourself with people that can take you to the next level. Not people that are pulling from you.
