About Female Dame

Female Dame is an upcoming Singer/MC/Songwriter. Hailing from the city of Toronto, her music relates a lot to politics and real life events to which made her to be more poetic than just being your average artist. Gifted and Blessed by her parents, Female Dame was always around music. Her father being a DJ for a radio station in his younger days as well as being a musician and her mother being her spiritual support system with gospel music originating from her roots a part of being African. She was educated and introduced to real soul music that built her foundation to her musical influences. " I knew that I always had gifts and this was one in particular that I had to share with the world". Being Introduced to the music industry by Black Hole Entertainment in 2006 and doing back up vocals for a few artists in Toronto and the (expired link), Miss Dame gained respect among her peers as an artist that touches the rest of the music cypher and her fans.
