About Floss Mane

Tristan McFarland, who goes by the name “Floss Mane,” is a Birmingham native. His passion for writing and producing was inspired by his now deceased uncle . At a young age, Flossman’s uncle used to tell him that he would be famous!

Even though Flossman expressed interest in music in elementary school, it wasn’t until the passing of his uncle that he decided to “take the leap of faith and to become a vessel of hope.” Tristan shared with us how he hopes that his music will “speak for those who left before they could tell their own stories.”

McFarland success in the music industry, didn’t come easy. Working 12 hr shifts is a daily commitment he has to developing quality music. His music now inspires legions of fans that prove that with hard work and commitment, all things are possible.

Typical sightings of Flossmane include him wearing custom made headphones,writing his next hit, and studying the works of Rap Icons, Tupac Shakur and Christopher “Biggie” Wallace.

Rapping in local night clubs, Flossmane is slowly making a name for himself. McFarland shows club owners his money generated appeal everytime he graces the stage.
