About For Elise

Members of For Elise include Cameron Elise as singer, songwriter and rhythm guitar player, Slim Glover on bass and backing vocals, and Ike Eichenberg on lead guitar and mandolin. Cameron Elise has been writing songs for 10 years and playing live at venues in Austin and San Marcos Texas off and on for 8 years. Her first solo album "This Wave" was released in 2012. Her influences include Ruthie Foster, Terri Hendrix, Cat Power and Joni Mitchell. Slim Glover is the frontman for the local San Marcos band Whistle and Fish and The Pistolsmiths. This is his first role as bass player and his smooth backing vocals add a nice touch to the band. Ike Eichenberg has been playing music for years. His style is a bit jazz and a bit bluegrass. Influences include Bob Dylan, The Beatles, Leiber and Stoller, Bacharach and David, Cole Porter..and many more.
