Four Kornerz combine stunning vocals, an electro soul/funk sound and hot lyrics on their fabulous new album "Soulectric" which is out now on all good music stores including itunes, hmvdigi Four Kornerz presents an infectious mix of Funk, Soul, R&B, Gospel and traditional Nigerian rhythms. The release of their highly anticipated debut album “Soulectric” in June 2007 was met with critical acclaim from fans and industry insiders alike, earning the band numerous prestigious award and nominations including a MOBO (music of Black Origin) nomination for “Best Gospel Group” 2007 and a “Gold Award” from the Christian Broadcast Council as “Best Gospel Album 2007”.

The lead single from the album “Gonna Make It” has already scored a hit with the UK underground Garage scene, obtaining firm support from major players like DJ EZ (London’s Kiss 100fm) and Control-S. The album covers a wide spectrum of themes from the socio-conscious anti –racism anthem “Conquerors”, child abuse on “Let It Go” to party tracks like “Express Train” and “Turn It Up” which features BBC Jazz Award winner Dennis ‘Badbone’ Rollins.

Fronted by four sibling brothers of Nigerian descent, Four Kornerz was Officially launched in 2004 with the the release of their debut single “Clap Clap” which placed the band on the UK musical map, gaining constant airplay from stations across the UK, including BBC 1Xt
