Very well-known musician appreciated in Italy and in Europe, virtuoso bass player, with good technique and great versatility; as well singer, arranger, composer, author, multi-instrumentalist and expert computer music programmer. He began his studies at age 13 with maestro Gilberto Carusi, continuing them at the St. Louis Jazz School in Rome with Maestro of el. Bass Piero Montanari, Composition with M ° E. 28 February 2010 has designed and implemented a concert useful for raising funds for the reconstruction of a nursery school in the town of Tempera L'Aquila destroyed by the earthquake. The concert was attended and played as special guests along with Franco: Ricky Portera, Fabrizio Leo, Mike Lindup and Phil Gould Level 42, Fabio Balestrieri, Diana Winter, Claudio Golinelli trio, the Orchestra Regionale Abruzzese direct wind by Maestro Paolo Cerasoli and various Abruzzese artist who opened the concert. From January to June 2014, Franco Di Donato has worked with the German Producer Papa Alfredo Hernandez "Mambo King Studio" (Munster Germany) to the realization of the song "Brividi nel cuore" as bassist/singer and author of the text and Co. Composer.
