Review of let it happen
Hey another chance to listen to another tune by Francois Spannenburg, great instrumental lead in to the vocals in the song! I hear a little of everything , sounds blues but also has a big band sound, the horns are right on key ,drums don’t miss a beat, guitar wails it out and along with the harp and that alone puts a different sound than most artist can not give us! You will not be disappointed if you take the time to listen to this nice little big sounding tune! A lot of effort from all parties in this song anther good one my friend

So much noise
I quite like this singer but the backing does not give him much of a chance. In my opinion, music is not making a whole lot of different noises. Even the harmonica fails to impress, which is unusal with this band. The best thing about this assault on the ears is when it stops. They have produced the occasional good song in the past but this cacophony does not come anywhere near their best. Oh well.

Good and groovy
I like the whole song, it feels just like one of these days where your feet just want to move. Production and everything sounds about very good, the voice fits in nicely, the whole theme is uplifting and digable, plus I think funk songs with an harmonica just adds the rusty flavor you love to hear after a long day of work. feelsgoodman...

Blues Only
Like many if not most genres created by Africans in the West, Funk is overused. Your track is "funky" but not funk. Funk is a poly-rhythmic, poly-harmonic form of expression that makes the listener want to shake something. I don't even hear shakers in this song. This is a hodge-podge of genres. I highly recommend you find a band RED DRESS (no need to capitalize) at Youtube. They were a great funky blues band. They wrote one of my favorite songs of all time...Money Dream.
