Hello ladies and gentlemen I am Frankensnyder, CoolCatCrazy and Die Energiemaschine, i am musician, singer, guitarplayer, poet, songwriter, performer, producer, audio engineer and all that what with creating of music & poetry has to do with. To briefly introduce myself, i am an Ossie, (east germany born pre Berlin wall) who wanted to escape the regime in '83, but was "allowed" to live for one year in the Royal SED jail for political unwanted to be deported after to west germany. Living in California for 10 years and now for quite some time again here in Berlin. Stylistically, my music does not fit mainstream labels, i save it to catalog, or label my music, i leave that to others. Just listen to my music that will tell you more than self-congratulation, i believe. I've been looking for a suitable label for my music for many years, but unfortunately i have not found anything yet, maybe you have an idea, because after all these years it is really time, the world hears what great music & poetry the universe and my soul has given to me. Since it is very difficult to bring the music to the people without a label, without management, without a band, without radio airplay etc, or booking and artist management, a huge piece of my heart would finally get tailwind. Because i love nothing more than performing live, but feel more like in SED prison than beeing free. Times has come, i can proudly announce to you the new Album "Sinfonie des Grauen" is finished.
You can take a peak in it right here (expired link) you will find other stuff from me too. Unfortunely i can not load another track here, the limit is 3, but you will find a free Song from the new Album at my youtube canal. Enjoy.
Tomorrow is the digital release date and by end of the week should be the CD's delivered to me.
Unfortunely i have'nt got far with my website, so who likes to get a CD, like those you get in the shop's with booklet from a working lable, please contact me via email, facebook, Soundcloud, or bandcamp, or here, i'll get back to you as soon as possible and of coarse i am glad for every purchase.

The friend's of rather harder sound, say "CoolCatCrazy" will here unfortunately not really be served, the loud distorted guitars would have distracted easily too much of my message, I hope you understand me here. But that doesn't mean that it will not be hard rocking and metalouish, just because it is played with aqoustic guitar's.
By the way i am wondering why there is barely unplugged concerts, or longplayers of harder rockbands? Alice in Chains realy have proofed with their MTV unplugged concert, that it is possible, so did Korn and other's. Well it is a bit difficult to play flashy with a low hung, hard to play Aqousticguitar, standing there straddle legged and aqousticguitars don't look so cool either.
So as I said unplugged guitars and the call for civil disobedience.
For those of you with little, or no money, unfortunately there is no longer the possibility to listen at no cost, or to download everything for free at bandcamp, as it was the last 10 years. At the moment the only track I have provided for free is "Weltseele", I droped a few lines and told you why i made this decision on facebook a couple of days ago.
