Hans Geurts
Songwriter and multi instrumentalist Hans Geurts, born and raised in Horst (NL), is creactive in music since decades. He wrote his first songs at the age of 12, was rather successful in the Dutch bands ‘Argus’ and ‘The Reverbs’ mid 70’s and early 80’s and composed music for theatre and business in the 80’s and 90’s. In 2001 Twoomusic was introduced as a trade name for all musical activities (studio, label, distribution, etc.) in his company. Twoomusic is also the name for a songwriters collaboration with lyricist Astrid Rhemrev. In the past decade Hans irregularly hit the stage in jam sessions and several blues/rock bands, but his intrinsic alternative heart and mind were never satisfied. There was only one way to meet with his instinct: in the Spring of 2013 Hans started his own studio project Gashunters! Prog pop from the lowlands: melodic pop/rock with proggy edges. From composition, producing, mixing and mastering to marketing and distribution. He's a real indie alright :)

Birth of fifth! On the 5th Gashunters album P I G H Dani Rogosic is featuring on guitars. Read more on the Facebook event page: (expired link). The album was released @ CD Baby on May 26 2016 ((expired link)) and is available at all relevant music providers, like Spotify, iTunes/Apple Music, Google Play, Groove, Amazon, etc.
The single track Letting Go is introduced to radio stations world wide in June 2016. You can watch the Youtube clip on (expired link).

Being a concerned world citizen and also songwriter I’ve translated #election2016 into a double single: The Donkey & The Elephant. This digital EP contains 2 songs about the US presidential run: Part 1 - The Final Red Scare and Part 2 - Rise Of The Machine.
A short note on the songs:
- The Donkey & The Elephant is definitely a serious thought about the 2016 elections in the US. On the other hand it’s a musical nookie for Gashunters.
- Unfortunately suspension of disbelief goes beyond the presidential elections. It’s widely spread and every time it is fed by deus ex machinas all over the world.
- Without any doubt there’s a clear ‘Bossy’ reference in ‘The Final Red Scare’ :)
