I was really impressed and so surprised with this song. I've heard some of your other music but this song seems different. I thought this song had a really good sound and seemed well put together. I really enjoyed it.

Hi Glenn, Nice lead Guitar sound and riff in the lead guitar. Obvioulsy either you, or someone who has done the guitar, is a proficient guitarist. As for the song, Dig deeper for more meaningful lyrics. As a song I guess it works fine. As a song it feels quite 60's in approach and I guess that is ok, but not my particular choice of song to listen to. But then other people may love it? All in all, a good job all around put together well and the recording is done well. Burton Trent

I don't want to be negative so I'll try to emphasize what I like first. It has a nice, soft, peaceful sound, not overloading your circuits right away. For many, it could be something to put on in the evening and have a gass of wine. His voice sounds almost British to me or like he could be the offspring of an Everly Brother, which is not a bad thing. The lyrics are simple yet heartfelt and it seems to me that to hear an actual fade-out as opposed to a train wreck is a nice change. I probably wouldn't buy this but if it was on the radio, but I would not turn it off or change the channel. 3 stars from me.

I like the originality of your work. Strong message and creativity is a big plus. Good production, I can hear some good vocals to this, good job on the final mix-down. I can tell you have your heart and soul into what you do. Keep on pushing and never give up or get distracted in pursuing the dream of making it. A song that flows like a creek in a flat landscape, just calm and steadily. Nothing threatening in here, but also nothing exciting. Instruments are limited in sound and musical quality, the drum pattern doesn't change at all from start to end, even not in the bridge and solo part. The content of the lyrics is as old as mankind. That's all ok, but if you're intending to do traditional country music you are competing with some of the finest and most precise musicians on earth, besides a mighty industry that polishes even under-average songs to musical diamonds. Guess you have to invest more into musical quality if you want to be heard.

Something you would hear from the Mavericks this, drumming, etc but the lyrics are something we all hope for but never happens half the time, nice guitar solo in the middle. Good chorus and harmony.

I am a stickler, when it comes to a fifties style beat and melody. The riffs and easy flowing melody of music just wants me to grab my lady and dance together holding each other tight. The song has pretty much got it together. Almost feel like a Buddy Holly song. The guitar playing, I really like how it is played. good vocals and harmony. this song takes you away from the craziness of world. All instrumentation is great, my only thing is this song is a bit long, for what it's worth. I would try to keep it 3:30 at the most, for what my 2 cents is worth. Glenn, God bless Songedge

Hi Glen you need bit of training with your vocals. The songs good. Like the harmonies. I like 60s 70s music. Like the lyrics to the song. Great lyracist. Keep working at your vocals and you could go a long way

This song has some pop potential with just a few tweaks that you can do yourself, if you are doing this in a home studio yourself or with another engineer. It has the appearance of either a drum loop or someone that isn't a very expressive drummer. So I would recommend getting a stronger drum track that would add life to your song. Your vocals are done well but you should back the doubling effect back a bit and bring your lead out more. Your vocals are strong enough to carry the song with just a bit of backing from the effects. Nice guitar near the end also. Keep it up and good luck with this one.
