Very folks song, not a bad song but the quality is not great, but you can hear the vocals. The sentiment is good but would benefit with a remix. Not my type of thing but if you like folk music this might be for you.

Thanksgiving is a holiday with very few songs, only Alice’s Restaurant Massacre comes to mind. Great to go out on a limb with a song that sounds so personal! Nice guitar work too. Vocals are a little bit behind the guitar, but I could hear them fine.

Lovely song that recreates the atmosphere of family around the table at Thanksgiving with a great message telling a story of precious memories and the blessing of giving thanks to our Creator. Melody and composition are so lovely with this guitar talent. I am loving the happy sound of all the good notes. I thinkg this would do great in the Singer Song Writer and Christian Country Genre too. Last verse I think could be more effective with some more chords to finish off the song. Otherwise, a great effort and song that brings well being and joy to the listener. I hope to hear more from this great vocal and composer talent

Pretty much solo outing by GlennieB. Puts me in mind of the late great Guy Clarke with a touch of Crosby Stills and Nash. A nice acoustic lead joins towards the end. It is unashamedly sentimental, family orientated and spiritual in message, no doubt intended, but may prove cloying to some ears. The guy has a nice voice but the tune could perhaps be more memorable and tends to just meander along. Still, pleasant enough, well put together and is a positive song in these dark times. Interesting to see what else he comes up with.

Hello Glennie :) very nice song, nice lyrics. Your style (even if your voice is very different) reminds me of Cat Stevens. My parents, here in Italy, had a musicassette by Cat Stevens and I remember we used to listen to it over and over again while driving through Europe, during holidays (even if I could not understand a word). Your song has brought me back to those nice memories. Guitar and voice is a good choice for this song, I don't think it would give the same vibes with more arrangements. Greetings :)

Excellent song, the voice well achieved with a style that is close to the country genre, the lyrics like this are very good, they talk about gratitude, the chords are basic but they are well placed, and as I said before this type of songs has to have a very simple musical base and with few instruments prevailing the rhythm with the rhythmic guitar; the audio is very good.

This song was reminiscent of Neil Diamond to me. It shared a easy going feel with a nice comfortable setting. I do feel the mix of the vocal and the music could have been ironed out in places, but I don't think this song was meant to compare to today's music. Very gentle song. Easy listen.
