GloryCrown was born and raised in seattle wa, where she discovered her love for music. At the age of 18 she decided it was time to get serious about music. At Born and raised in Seattle, WA her birth name is Lanaya Daniels, she discovered her love for music by watching her father being involved in music. She was so inspired by her father that she decided to write poetry and songs. She was always involved in activities when she was in middle school her friends and her would always sing for fun. As she got older she decided it was time to get serious about her music. It all started when her little cousin and sister wanted to rap. She saw there boldness and fearlessness and realized fear was holding her back from her love of music. At the age of 18 she decided it was time to get serious about music. At the age of 20 is when God called her leading her to do Gospel music. She is now using her gift God gave her for the kingdom of God. God has truly been blessing her and continues to bless her.
