For any new subscribers who may not know, Doghaus disbanded a couple of years ago, just wanted to say thanks for your interest but obviously no more new music likely to be posted any time soon. Working on my own I have gone back to writing instrumental stuff rather than songs, as my background includes traditional Scottish music, my first instrument being piano accordion. During lockdown I have released an album of my own tunes, recorded at home and playing everything myself, using accordion, guitars in various guises, mandolins and a banjo. Acoustic bass, fretless bass, cello and drums are provided through the miracle of MIDI. The album is called The Lockdown Sessions and its on Spotify, iTunes etc. Although its basically traditional Scottish stuff (jigs, reels, etc.) it has influences from bluegrass, Cajun and Latin as well as a bit of the blues.
